Curriculum

ATTENDANCE RULES:-
- 1. Parents should see that their children don't remain absent except under unavoidable circumstances as it badly hampers the progress of the pupil.
- 2. Student should be in the school premises before the school starts. If late he/she shall be sent home.
- 3. Parents should send a leave note for the absence of their children.
- 4. Irregular attendance &habitual absence will call for dismissal from school.
DISCIPLINE RULES:-
- 1. School hours are specified by the school authority from time to time.
- 2. Students are strictly forbidden from leaving the school premises during school hours without the permission of Principal.
- 3. Students are not allowed to wear any ornaments, watches or bring any valuable articles to school.
- 4. Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness is expected of all students children must come in full uniform.
- 5. Parents are allowed to send only sweets to school on the occasion of their child's birthday. No gifts will be allowed.
GENERAL RULES:-
- 1. Parents are allowed to meet the class teacher only in P.T.A meeting.
- 2. The parents can meet the principal on all working days.
- 3. The school diary is to be checked every day by the par
- 4. Parents are requested to inform the school of any change of address & telephone no.
- 5. Any kind of vandalism, destruction of school property will be severely dealt with & fines will be imposed.
- 6. 75% Attendance is essential for promotion to the next class.
- 7. Parents are requested not to send their ward when they are suffering from contagious or infectious disease until they have fully recovered.
- 8.The School reserves the rights to:-
- a.) Ask for the removal of any student whose fees/dues are in are
- b.) Expel any student if his/her attendance is irregular or work is unsatisfactory.
PAYMENTS OF FEE & LATE FEE
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :-
- 1. The fee should be paid by Cheque or Cash only at Yes Bank, Alwar, from the first of every fee paying month.
- 2. Cheque (local) should be A/C payee only in favour of "Shekhawati Educational Society, Alwar".
- 3. The fee paying months are April, July, October and January.
- 4. The last date for paying the fee in the bank is “FIFTEENTH" of every fee paying day, after 15th fee (with late fee) will be accepted in the bank.
- 5. LATE FEE PENALTY :-
- a.) From 16th to the last day of the fee paying month (30th/31st) the late fee charges will be Rs.10/- per day.
- b.) For the next 15 days the late fee penalty will be Rs.20/- per day, beyond which the name of the students could be struck off the rolls
- 6. If a cheque is dishonored then a penalty of Rs.200/- along with the bank clearing charges will have to be borne by the parent.
- 7. The fee booklet should be presented with fee at bank/school.
- 8. Do not forget to write admission number on the pay-in slips.
- 9. Student's Name, Admission Number, Mobile No. and class should be mentioned at the back of the cheque.
- 10. There will be no official reminders sent to the parents for fee not received on time.
- 11. No changes are to be made in the fee total in Fee Booklet either by the students or the parent.
SCHOOL LIBRARY
The school library is open to all bonafide students of the school.
All classes are provided with at least one library period per week.
Students have to observe the following rules:-
- 1. They must carry a library card duly signed by the librarian. Books are issued only against this card.
- 2. Students are allowed to borrow books on their own.
- 3.They must maintain absolute silence in the library.
- 4.Books other than reference books are issued for 7 days. 1/- per day is charged per returning books late.
- 5.Books marked, disfigured or damaged will have to be replaced or paid for by the borrower.
- 6.Students are not allowed to bring their personal books or belongings into the library.
